We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at vymm.holz@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Street Ion Creanga, No.140,  Falticeni, Suceava

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Receiving and Inspecting Products
When collecting your parcel from the courier, carefully check the integrity of the products. All packages are inspected before dispatch, and claims for damage made after the parcel has been collected cannot be accepted.

How to Return or Exchange a Product
Reelken Auto strives to make the return process quick and hassle-free. To initiate a return, you must complete the dedicated return form available on our website. This ensures you can return unsuitable or non-compliant products clearly and without complications.

Return Period
You have the right to return any product within 14 days, for any reason — whether you didn’t like it, it didn’t fit, or it has a manufacturing defect (damage from use is not included).

Returns Are FREE!
For defective or damaged products weighing up to 30 kg and with dimensions under 120 cm per side, return costs are fully covered by Reelken Auto.

Important: Please pack the product yourself — the courier will not package it for you and is not responsible for damage during transport. Use proper protective materials to ensure the product is not damaged during return shipping.

Return Costs

  • If the product is defective or incompatible with your car, we cover all costs.

  • If you simply changed your mind or didn’t like it, you will pay the courier’s return fee.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our manager (phone number available in the website header).

  2. Download and complete the return form.

  3. Attach a copy of the receipt or proof of payment.

  4. Send the product and documents to the courier’s branch.

  5. Provide us with the TTN (tracking number).

Conditions for Accepting Returns

  • Do not apply adhesive tape directly to the original printed packaging.

  • All product components must be individually wrapped in stretch film.

  • Cash on delivery is not accepted for returns.

  • Returns are free under the “Easy Return” promotion; otherwise, costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the product has been received and inspected.
Funds will be transferred exclusively to an IBAN account.

Reelken Auto Warranty
We sell high-quality products from reputable manufacturers such as ErkulAuto, OmsaLine, Carmos, Meric, and more. Most products come with an official warranty, with terms and durations specific to each manufacturer. We recommend checking the warranty period with our manager or in the product description on our website.
