Delivery and Order Tracking

Delivery of Large Products
For large products sold by Reelken Auto across all categories, the delivery fee is calculated based on the item’s volume, regardless of the total order value, and varies by category. This fee will be displayed in the shopping cart, including for orders containing products in free-shipping promotions.

In addition to the volume-based fee, extra delivery charges may apply depending on the geographical area. All such charges will be shown in the order summary section.

If you choose cash on delivery, an additional processing fee of 7 RON will be applied to any order containing at least one product sold by Reelken Auto.

Delivery of Standard Products
Delivery is free for orders over 1000 RON that contain products sold by Reelken Auto, except for orders including items in free-shipping promotions.

If an order contains both Reelken Auto products and a gift card, and the total order value exceeds 1000 RON, free delivery will not apply. The value of Reelken Auto products alone must reach at least 1000 RON to qualify for free delivery.

For orders below this amount, the delivery fee is calculated based on the delivery location and can be checked on our website. In Bucharest, orders under 1000 RON will have a delivery fee starting from 19.99 RON.

For cash on delivery, the same processing fee of 7 RON applies to any order containing at least one Reelken Auto product.

The delivery costs and conditions for products sold by Reelken Auto partners are detailed on each partner’s page, accessible from the relevant product page.

Delivery Methods for Products Sold by Reelken Auto Partners
Some products offered by Reelken Auto are shipped directly by our partners via express courier. Delivery costs and conditions are displayed on the specific partner’s page, accessible from that product’s page.

For orders containing both Reelken Auto products and items from Reelken Auto partners, deliveries will be made separately. Reelken Auto products will be shipped by our own couriers, while partner products will be shipped by the courier companies they work with.

Reelken Auto products cannot be delivered to Romanian Post offices and cannot be collected directly from partner locations.
